Conference fees

Conference rates are as follows. Discounts on full fees are available for authors of papers and students.

(Registration for the first BCS Health in Wales/ehi2 joint workshop is included in the main ITA 11 conference registration. Delegates can register for this workshop separately at a cost of £80, which includes refreshments and lunch during the workshop day but not the conference banquet in the evening, accommodation, etc.)

ITa 11 conference fees include all conference sessions, conference proceedings on USB card*, all timetabled refreshments, lunch, conference receptions and one tickect to each of the social events/tours and banquet.

* Paper copies of proceedings, if required, can be ordered directly from the publishers [link will appear here when printed version is available] at a cost of £40 each. A small number will be available to purchase at the conference, also at £40 each. If you intend buying a paper copy at the conference, it would be helpful if you could inform us in advance so that we can have an appropriate number available.

Extras

Conference tour: £40 per additional ticket. (One ticket is included in all main ITA 11 registrations.)

Conference banquet: £80 per additional ticket. (One ticket is included in all main ITA 11 registrations.)

Notes

At least one author of each accepted paper/poster must register and pay the appropriate conference fee (by the deadline of Friday 13th May) for the paper/poster to be printed in the conference proceedings. A reduced fee of £125 is payable for each additional paper/poster to cover additional publication costs, etc.

A student is defined as anyone currently registered for a research degree with an accredited higher education establishment. A letter of confirmation will be required from the student's research supervisor.

We can offer conference delegates the use of university accommodation at competitive rates. This includes breakfast for the morning following each night's stay.
